  This project is located in Shanghai, there is a chocolate cold storage room, the cold storage is on the first floor, the cold storage ground is dug down, the cold storage finish surface is level with the outside, the insulation board is 100mm thick polyurethane board, the floor insulation is B1 class flame retardant extruded board, the ground is laid in 3 layers, the ground is 100mm thick reinforced concrete, 8#200+ green emery wear resistant floor. The temperature is 4-5 ° C and the temperature is 70%.

  Refrigeration unit adopts Emerson vortex box type air cooling unit 2, (the whole unit is delivered, the other cold storage is equipped with two sets of independent refrigeration system, to prevent a system failure, resulting in loss of temperature in the warehouse)2 units run at full load.
  The chiller adopts two KUB refrigeration high-efficiency chiller, and the chiller is equipped with German EBM motor as standard.
  A rotary dehumidifier is used, the customer requires the air duct with medium-effect filtration, and two axial fans are installed inside the cold storage to enhance the top ventilation.
  Cooling system adopts Siemens PLC control system, control box with remote monitoring function, other conventional configuration, need to consider electric door, rotary dehumidifier, axial fan, etc.
  Cold storage door adopts electric translation door (electric door adopts gear drive, non-belt form), with axial flow fan at the door.
