KUB custom-made open water-cooled chiller
This is a (3+5+10)HP open water-cooled chiller produced by our KUB company, which adopts three scroll compressor, the models are ZB21KQ, ZB38KQ and ZB76KQ, the outlet water temperature is 3℃, R22 refrigerant is used, and shell-and-tube water condenser and shell-and-tube evaporator are equipped, and the evaporator is wrapped with thermal insulation cotton to prevent temperature loss and copper tube aging. At the same time, three expansion valves, solenoid valves, filters, high and low pressure boxes, junction boxes and sight glasses were installed, which were connected with their respective compressors. Finally, copper pipes and electrical appliances were connected with each other by welding, and after pressure holding test, this chiller was formed.
