The cascade refrigeration cycle is mainly composed of two complete refrigeration systems, a high-temperature part and a low-temperature part. Among them, the evaporator of the high temperature part is the condenser of the low temperature part, so it is called the evaporative condenser, and the rest is basically the same as the general refrigeration device.
(1) Filter drier: It can remove the moisture and impurities in the liquid refrigerant from the condenser, and prevent the formation of ice blockage and dirty blockage at the expansion valve or filter drier.
(2) Solenoid valve: It automatically cuts off the liquid supply to prevent excessive refrigerant from entering the evaporator after shutdown, so as to avoid wet stroke or liquid shock when the machine is turned on next time.
(3) Regenerator: heat exchange between the supply liquid and the return air, supercool the liquid refrigerant, increase the refrigeration capacity per unit mass, and at the same time increase the superheat of the return air to prevent the wet stroke and liquid hammer of the compressor.
(4) Oil separator: Separate the lubricating oil from the compressor exhaust and return it to the crankcase to prevent the oil from entering the heat exchanger and affecting the heat transfer efficiency, while ensuring the lubrication of the compressor.
