Cooling principle

The cooling principle of the air cooler (evaporative air conditioner) is: when the fan is running, it enters the cavity to generate negative pressure, so that the air outside the machine flows through the porous and wet surface of the wet curtain, forcing the dry bulb temperature of the air passing through the curtain to drop close to that of the air outside the machine. The wet bulb temperature, that is, the dry bulb temperature at the outlet of the air cooler is 5-12°C lower than the outdoor dry bulb temperature (up to 15°C in dry and hot areas). The drier and hotter the air, the larger the temperature difference and the better the cooling effect. Since the air is always introduced into the room from the outside (this is called a positive pressure system), it can keep the indoor air fresh; at the same time, because the machine uses the principle of evaporative cooling, it has dual functions of cooling and humidification (relative humidity can reach 75%) Left and right), used in textile, knitting and other workshops, not only can improve the cooling and humidification conditions, but also can purify the air, reduce the needle broken rate in the knitting process, and improve the quality of knitting textile products.
