Oil plug fault
The main reason for oil blocking is that the compressor cylinder block is seriously worn or the cylinder match clearance is too large. With the compressor exhaust gasoline is discharged into the condenser, and then with the refrigerant into the filter dryer, due to the viscosity of the oil is large, the filter is blocked by the desiccant, too much oil at the filter inlet to form a blockage, so that the refrigerant can not be normal circulation.
There is too much refrigerating oil left in the refrigeration system, which affects the refrigeration effect and even cannot be refrigerated, so the refrigerating oil in the system must be cleaned.
Treatment method of oil plug:
When the filter oil is blocked, a new filter should be replaced, and part of the refrigerated oil stored in the condenser should be blown out with high-pressure nitrogen. It is best to heat the condenser with an electric hair dryer when nitrogen is injected
The danger of oil film
If an oil film is attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, the condensation temperature will rise and the evaporation temperature will fall, resulting in an increase in energy consumption.
When the condenser surface is attached with 0.1mm oil film, the cooling capacity of the refrigeration compressor decreases by 16%, and the electricity consumption increases by 12.4%.
When the oil film in the evaporator reaches 0.1mm, the evaporation temperature will drop by 2.5 ° C, and the power consumption will rise by 11%.
Oil film treatment method
The use of efficient oil content can greatly reduce the amount of oil entering the system pipeline;
If there is already an oil film in the system, nitrogen can be used to flush it several times until there is no mist gas.
Ice jam fault
The occurrence of ice blockage fault is mainly due to the excessive water in the refrigeration system, with the continuous circulation of refrigerant, the water in the refrigeration system gradually concentrated at the throttle valve outlet, because the throttle valve outlet temperature is the lowest, the water formed ice and gradually increased, to a certain extent, the capillary will be completely blocked, the refrigerant can not be circulated.
The main source of water
Residual moisture in the parts of the refrigeration system and connecting pipes due to insufficient drying;
The refrigerant oil and refrigerant contain more than the allowable amount of water;
Installation construction is not vacuumed or improper installation leads to moisture;
The motor insulation paper in the compressor contains moisture.
Manifestations of ice blockage
The air flow gradually becomes weak and intermittent;
When the blockage is serious, the sound of air flow disappears, the refrigerant circulation is interrupted, and the condenser gradually becomes cool.
Due to the blockage, the exhaust pressure rises and the machine running sound increases;
There is no refrigerant inflow in the evaporator, the frosting area gradually becomes smaller, and the refrigeration effect becomes worse;
After a period of downtime, the refrigerant begins to be re-produced (the cold ice block begins to melt).

Ice plugging
The ice blocking failure of the refrigeration system occurs because there is excessive moisture in the system, so the entire refrigeration system must be dried. Its treatment methods are as follows:
Vacuum, replace the dry dryer filter, and wait until the water indicator in the refrigeration system's sight glass turns green.
If there is a large amount of water in the system, it is necessary to flush the pollution with nitrogen in stages, replace the filter, replace the chilled oil, replace the refrigerant, and vacuum until the moisture indicator in the sight glass turns green
