Principle of hot fluorine defrosting

Use the hot Freon vapor discharged from the compressor to heat and defrost the air cooler. After defrosting, the Freon liquid is discharged into the drain tank, and then pressurized to supply the Freon in the drain tank to the supply pipe for refrigeration. When defrosting, the direction of drainage should be consistent with that of the refrigeration cycle.During refrigeration: the supply solenoid valve and return solenoid valve are open, while other solenoid valves are closed. When defrosting, the supply solenoid valve and return solenoid valve are closed, while the main defrosting solenoid valve, defrosting solenoid valve, return solenoid valve, pressure reducing solenoid valve, and drop solenoid valve are opened together.
End of defrosting: The defrosting solenoid valve, return solenoid valve, pressure reducing solenoid valve, and drop solenoid valve are all closed simultaneously. The pressure solenoid valve is open; When the pressure of the drain tank is greater than or equal to the condensation pressure, the drain solenoid valve opens, and the refrigerant in the drain tank enters the supply pipe to participate in refrigeration. When the liquid level in the drainage bucket reaches the lower limit, the defrosting main solenoid valve, pressurization solenoid valve, and drainage solenoid valve are all closed simultaneously. The pressure reducing solenoid valve automatically opens, reducing the pressure inside the discharge tank to the suction pressure before automatically closing.
