Process: preparation before storage → pre-cooling after harvest → packaging → softening control treatment → storage → transportation. (1) Preparation for storage Before storage, clean and disinfect the cold storage, packaging sites and packages. Common disinfection methods are: ① fumigation of warehouse disinfection agent; ② Spraying disinfection with 4% bleach powder solution or spraying disinfection with 0.5%~0.7% peracetic acid solution; (3) Ozone generator disinfection, according to the ozone generation amount of 5 grams per 100 cubic meters per hour, equipped with an ozone generator, so that the ozone concentration in the library reaches about 10 ml/l. After cleaning and disinfection, the door should be opened for ventilation. (2) Post-harvest pre-cooling The fruits are pre-cooled in time after harvest, which can be divided into strong wind cooling, ice water cooling and vacuum pre-cooling. In 8 to 12 hours after harvest, the temperature of the fruit is reduced to 0 ° C by forced cooling, and the temperature is maintained before packaging. Mechanical refrigerated vehicles or insulated vehicles should be used when transporting, which is the most effective way to delay the softening of the fruit. (3) Packaging of pre-cooled kiwifruit in the form of small packaging (wooden box or corrugated box, box wall perforated, 10 kg to 15 kg per box), lined with polyethylene film (thickness 0.04 mm to 0.07 mm) or with silicon window air conditioning bag packaging, can maintain high humidity and a certain proportion of oxygen and carbon dioxide. This is conducive to rapid cooling and long-term storage. (4) Softening control treatment kiwi is very sensitive to ethylene, in the case of extremely low ethylene concentration (0.1 mg/kg) even under 0℃ refrigeration conditions, it will speed up the softening of the fruit, and promote kiwi ripeness and aging. Therefore, placing ethylene blocker 1-MCP in the cold storage or packing box with kiwifruit (1 piece of fumigation per cubic meter of space) can inhibit the post-ripening and aging of kiwifruit for 4 to 6 months, which is the best way to control the softening of kiwifruit at present. (5) The use of gas adjusted account, film small packaging and gas storage can make kiwi storage for 3 months to 6 months, but the same to use ethylene blocker 1-MCP to fumigate treatment, so as to avoid the increase of ethylene concentration caused by softening; Stack. Should be divided into varieties, grades stacked, batch clear. The packing pieces should be stacked neatly, the indoor storage height from the ground should be ≥15 cm, it should be a product shape stacking, there is a channel between the stacking, and the space from the top of the warehouse needs to be 50 mm to 100 mm; Temperature control. After the packaging is put into storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be cooled to 0℃ within 48 hours, and after the temperature drop reaches an equilibrium, the temperature is controlled at 0℃~1℃; Ventilation equipment should be used during storage to ventilate, promote air circulation, balance and stabilize the temperature in the warehouse; Humidity control. The relative humidity in the warehouse should be controlled at 90%~95%. Refer to the Technical Specification for Harvesting, Storage and Transportation of Kiwifruit (NY/T 1392-2015). (6) Transportation mode of transportation. If it is sold directly after harvest, it should be treated before transportation to eliminate field heat; Conditions of transport. Clean, hygienic, odorless, pollution-free, it is strictly prohibited to mix with other toxic, harmful and odorous substances; Stacking requirements. Non-temperature controlled transportation should be coded into flower stacks, ventilation and heat dissipation, and temperature controlled transportation temperature 0℃~2℃. Each piece of goods should be exposed to cold air to prevent heat accumulation in the middle of the goods and freezing damage around; When weighing before transportation, information such as origin, price, weight and flow direction of kiwifruit should be uploaded to the information system.
