Maintenance refers to preventive maintenance of the unit, and repair refers to repairs made to the unit that has a fault.

Maintenance of the unit The unit’s operating parameters are recorded at appropriate time intervals every day and filled in the unit’s operating parameter table. True and complete operating parameter records help analyze the possible development trends of unit operation, help timely discover and predict possible problems that the unit may have, and prevent them from happening.

For example: Through the analysis and comparison of one-month operation records, it may be found that the difference between the condensation temperature of the unit and the cooling water outlet temperature is increasing. This trend indicates that the cooling water may be dirty or harder, and the tube bundle of the condenser is constantly scaling, so the water needs to be softened or cleaned.

1. Daily maintenance

© The order of startup and shutdown is performed every day according to the prescribed procedures;
© Record unit operating parameters at certain time intervals;
© Clean the water filter in time.
© The pressure gauge on the control cabinet displays the evaporator and condenser pressures of the unit. According to the pressure temperature, check the difference between the evaporation temperature and the temperature difference between the refrigerated water outlet temperature, the condensation temperature and the temperature difference between the cooling water outlet water outlet. Pay attention to their changing trends. The evaporation pressure reading should generally be in the range of 380~450KPa, and the condensation pressure should generally be in the range of 1300~1750KPa.
© Check the refrigerant filter dryer. If frost is found at the outlet of the filter dryer, it means there is a blockage. , This phenomenon is usually accompanied by the phenomenon that the evaporation pressure is too low and the difference between the evaporation temperature and the temperature of the refrigerated water outlet is increased. Pay attention to replacing the refrigerant filter dryer in time;
© Check the oil level in the oil tank. The normal oil level should generally be in the middle of the view mirror.
© Any downtime failure should be taken seriously and the reasons should be analyzed.

Note: The condensation pressure and evaporation pressure will vary with the temperature of the inlet water of the cooling water and the temperature of the outflow of the frozen water
